These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
You and LunarVertex agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Madrid, Spain for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time. If you have a service agreement with us, termination will be governed by the terms of that agreement.
