LunarVertex was founded with a clear mission: to address the critical challenge of member retention that fitness businesses face across Europe. We recognised that whilst the fitness industry continues to grow, many gym operators struggle with high churn rates and low member engagement.
Based in Madrid, our team combines deep industry expertise with data-driven methodologies to develop retention strategies that work. We understand that every fitness business is unique, which is why our approach is always tailored to the specific needs, demographics, and goals of each client.
